  2. Jerusalem, IsraelΓÇÖs capital, is located high in the Judean

  4. country between the Mediterranean Sea and the Jordan
  5. River.  It is home to over 568,000 Jewish, Moslem and
  6. Christian inhabitants. Its 475 sq. mile area encompasses
  7. roughly 2,000 streets, 170 neighborhoods and hundreds of
  8. places of interest. Jerusalem hosts around 300,000 visitors
